COMMERCIAL TRUCK LIABILITY INSURANCE

Covers your liability in the event you or one of your employee drivers is involved in an accident. GENERAL TARIFFS FOR REGULATORY SERVICES

USDOT

Our agency can help you process the USDOT that is required for any business operating commercial vehicles throughout the state or outside. A commercial vehicle is defined as any vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of 10,000 pounds or more.

TXDMV

Motor carriers operating commercial vehicles on a highway or roadway in Texas must register their operations with the TxDMV Motor Carrier Division. The TxDMV Number (or Motor Carrier Registration Number) is available for one or two years and is not transferable between carriers or individual carriers. Carriers may create a new TxDMV number, renew certificate, print and print cab cards.

UCR

The UCR Program requires individuals and companies that operate vehicles in interstate or international commerce to register their businesses with the state so they can pay an annual fee based on the size of their fleet. It includes all carriers, private, exempt or for-hire.

Overweight and oversized loads

We can manage Permits and "Bonds". The Bond entails or justifies that the permit in case of any damage will be covered by the coverages stipulated in the Bond. Vehicles and loads exceeding the legal size or weight limits require an OW/OS (oversize/overweight) permit. The price varies according to the number of provinces to be covered and the number of vehicles.
